Simon’s dedication and professionalism have also been recognised through a number of awards. Simon has won two regional awards at the Great British Care Awards:
Care Assessor/Planner Award (2025) Frontline Leader Award (2023)He has also been recognised nationally as a finalist for the Care Assessor/Planner Award, as well as a finalist for the Joy Maker Award.
Registered Manager Tracey has also been shortlisted for Employee of the Year! and received highly commended. This recognition is a true reflection of the passion, dedication, and leadership Tracey brings every single day—supporting our clients, guiding our team, and ensuring we always deliver the very best care in our community.
The Herefordshire Business Awards’ our wonderful Marg is a finalist in the ‘Employee of the year’ category. Well done Marg we are so proud of you and thank you for all you do for us, getting Marg there was a result in its self. Marg is not one for the limelight she just loves her job and it shows.

Herefordshire skills Apprenticeship Awards 2026 We had a wonderful evening at Hereford’s first apprenticeship awards. Our wonderful Sophie didn’t win, but to be recognised for the hard work she puts in and to be a finalist is an incredible achievement. Especially as she has been mentoring our level 2 and level 3 apprentices for just one year! Well done, Sophie, for being an amazing supportive mentor.
